Public Deals
M&A Monitor covers public deals (the target is a listed company) in the following countries, regardless of
the size of the deal and including minority buyouts & squeeze outs.
M&A Monitor currently specialises in the sectors shown in the table below. The database is focused on transactions in these sectors which have a disclosed value of above £8 million and which involve a European company as the bidder, seller or target. New sectors currently being worked on and due shortly for release include Banking, Aerospace/Defence and all European public transactions.
The M&A Monitor database will continue to be expanded during 2002 to cover a number of new industrial and financial sectors, according to the stated priorities of clients.
